Privacy Notice : Face Recognition / Fingerprint Access Control System

ประกาศคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ระบบสแกนใบหน้าเพื่อเข้าออกห้องและสถานที่ภายในบริษัทฯ

บริษัท ลัคกี้ ยูเนี่ยน ฟูดส์ จำกัด  มีการใช้ระบบสแกนใบหน้า (Face Recognition) สำหรับการควบคุมการเข้าออกห้อง และหรือสถานที่ภายในบริษัทที่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ รักษาความปลอดภัยของสถานที่ บุคลากร และทรัพย์สินของบริษัท

ขอบเขตข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม

  • ข้อมูลชีวมิติ: รูปภาพใบหน้า (Facial Image/Template) ของพนักงาน
  • ข้อมูลชีวมิติ: รูปภาพลายนิ้วมือ (Fingerprint) ของพนักงาน

วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

  • เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าใช้พื้นที่ ห้อง และหรือสถานที่ภายในบริษัทฯ ที่กำหนด
  • เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการเข้าถึงพื้นที่ห้อง และหรือสถานที่ภายในบริษัทฯ ที่กำหนด

ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา

  • เก็บรักษาเฉพาะในระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น และจะดำเนินการลบ/ทำลายข้อมูลเมื่อหมดความจำเป็น

การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

  • บริษัทมีมาตรการด้านเทคนิคและองค์กร เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิร้องขอการเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงสิทธิอื่น ๆ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

Lucky Union Foods Co., Ltd. implements a Face Recognition & Fingerprint System to control access to authorized rooms, areas. The purpose of this system is to ensure the security of the company’s premises, personnel, and assets/properties.

Data Collected

  • Biometric Data: Facial Image/Template of employees
  • Biometric Data: Fingerprint Image/template of employees

Purpose of Data Usage

  • To verify the identity of authorized personnel
  • To enhance security for access to restricted rooms and/or areas

Data Retention

  • Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and will be deleted/destroyed once no longer required.

Data Security

  • The company implements technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, as well as other rights under applicable law.
